Deu 32:44-52 Set your Hearts unto all the Words Which I Testify Among you this Day
[Study Aired December 17, 2021]
Deu 32:44 And Moses came and spake all the words of this song in the ears of the people, he, and Hoshea the son of Nun. [God draws us (drags us) to the truth by the law of the flesh. He makes it go out to the elect to do exactly what His heart desires and that is to crush everything in us that is seen as high and lifted up. The meaning of the name of Moses is “drawing out” (H4872), and that is exactly what God uses the law to do; to draw us out of ourselves when we are given to see it inwardly. “No man can come to me, except the Father which hath sent me draw him: and I will raise him up at the last day.” (Joh 6:44) We know that the word ‘draw’ in this verse means drag, but it still has the same meaning for the purpose of the law of the flesh, to draw us out of ourselves unto the power of “regions beyond” (Abarim-H5682), us unto the power of “the prophet” (H5015-Nebo), which is in the nation of Him Who is “of His Father” (H4124-Moab), that is over the face of the moon, AND BEHOLD the kingdom of humilation -“Canaan”, which God gives unto the children of He Who will rule as God for a possession.
In case you stumbled over what was just said, to put it plainly in our own fleshly carnal mind, God has used the law to draw us out of ourselves, making it so that we have no confidence in the flesh, to the regions that are beyond the flesh, unto the power of the Prophet, Jesus Christ, Who is of His Father and Who is the face of the church, and in this drawing out place we will live in the promised land of humility, where we claim nothing as ours.]
Deu 32:45 And Moses made an end of speaking all these words to all Israel: [It is not a coincidence it is worded that these words were spoken to “all Israel” because no one can be a spiritual Israelite unless he is drawn out by these words to the power of the Prophet. What the law does is draw us out of ourselvs to see we cannot do what is required and then takes us to the Prophet. The Prophet is the face of the moon, the church, and it is in this face we learn what humiliation is all about, and from that we learn humility. What humility means is that we have nothing that comes from us independently from Him Who is the face of the church and is of His Father. Humility’s (H6038) root is humble which means, which is mostly translated “poor” (H6041.) Poor in works, poor in good, poor in anything.]
Deu 32:46 And he said unto them, Set your hearts unto all the words which I testify among you this day, which ye shall command your children to observe to do, all the words of this law. [“set your hearts unto all the words which the drawing out testifies among you this day”, look at every precept , every Jot, every tittle inwardly,(Mat_5:18) because The Prophet has not come to destroy the drawing out but to fulfill it by using it to humble us, make the flesh poor, from ever thinking we can fulfill it in the flesh.
“For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled.“… ” But that no man is justified by the law in the sight of God, it is evident: for, The just shall live by faith”. (Gal 3:11)
He testifies unto us that we must die, and go to the powers of the regions beyond us, Abiram, where the Prophet, Who is of His Father, will show the face of the church, the moon, and in that face is humility.
Gal 2:20 I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.
Gal 2:21 I do not frustrate the grace of God: for if righteousness come by the law, then Christ is dead in vain.
Why humility? Because the drawing out to other regions beyond us will have us looking to the Prophet for riches, because we have been so humiliated by what the drawing out has shown us about ourselves, it will produce humility. It will leave us poor and in need of EVERYTHING.
Ecc 1:13 I applied my heart to inquiring and exploring by wisdom concerning all that is done under the heavens: it is an experience of evil Elohim has given to the sons of humanity to humble them by it.” (CLV)]
Deu 32:47 For it is not a vain thing for you; because it is your life: and through this thing ye shall prolong your days in the land, whither ye go over Jordan to possess it. [“It is your life” and it is “through this thing”, this truth of what the law of the spirit says about us, we live and understand we are poor and need everything. This is being baptized by fire, inwardly.
Mat 3:11 I indeed baptize you with water unto repentance: but he that cometh after me is mightier than I, whose shoes I am not worthy to bear: he shall baptize you with the Holy Ghost, and with fire:
Mat 3:12 Whose fan is in his hand, and he will throughly purge his floor, and gather his wheat into the garner; but he will burn up the chaff with unquenchable fire.]
Deu 32:48 And the LORD spake unto Moses that selfsame day, saying, [The outward application of the law is stopped from going into the promised land. It is the inward law of the spirit that takes us into the promised land. The outward law does not break the reed. It does not put out the smoke of the flax. It leaves the flesh whole to the carnal mind, until it turns inward to where our gentile lives. Then judgment is shown to the Gentile in me, and I am judged. In the inward application, the Gentile in me trusts to the truth that God has been my ALL in all that I am. We do not hear the truth in the streets of Babylon, where we live. “ Behold my servant, whom I have chosen; my beloved, in whom my soul is well pleased: I will put my spirit upon him, and he shall shew judgment to the Gentiles. He shall not strive, nor cry; neither shall any man hear his voice in the streets. A bruised reed shall he not break, and smoking flax shall he not quench, till he send forth judgment unto victory. And in his name shall the Gentiles trust.” (Mat 12:18-21) What the inward law does is strip us from the outward appearance and give us an inward application. The inward law shows the people of my land how the outward applies to Israel and the inward cannot apply to the flesh. The flesh desires to keep the law outwardly but with no change happening inwardly. So, to the elect the law of the spirit is given, and the law of the flesh is denied access to the promised land. When the inward law of the spirit is applied by the Creator, and when we are shown what we are by the people of our land, then and only then does the outward reflect the inward. We start off in Babylon thinking we can keep something outwardly never being changed inwardly, and stand before the Most Holy God. This lie still permeates us and is why the taking of the land of Canaan happens over years and years. It may take years before we actually SEE THE COMING OF THE LORD OUTWARDLY IN OUR LIVES, but that does not establish, nor do away with, the promise that was given 430 symbolic years before the law ever entered. We are not children because we have the law. We are children because we have been given the promise to be children. Our citizenship was not based on the law but on the promises made to Christ before we were ever created. If anyone puts the law before the promise, they are exposed as false prophets who desire the praise of men more than the praise of God. To add to the promises a “but” or an “if” exposes them as being in unbelief and not allowed to partake of the promises. They are children of the devil, portraying themselves as angels of light, when in fact they are children of the darkness.
2Co 11:13 For such are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into the apostles of Christ.
2Co 11:14 And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light.
2Co 11:15 Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also be transformed as the ministers of righteousness; whose end shall be according to their works.]
Deu 32:49 Get thee up into this mountain Abarim, unto mount Nebo, which is in the land of Moab, that is over against Jericho; and behold the land of Canaan, which I give unto the children of Israel for a possession: [Each of these names has a meaning, and when you read this verse with the meaning of the names instead of the names, this is what you get,
“Ascend into this power of regions beyond unto the power of the prophet, which is in the land of he who is of his father, that is the face of the moon, and behold the land of humiliation (judgment), which I give unto the children of he who rules as God for a possession”.
Deu 32:49 Get thee upH5927 [H8798] into this mountainH2022 AbarimH5682, unto mountH2022 NeboH5015, which is in the landH776 of MoabH4124, that is over againstH6440 Jericho;H3405 and beholdH7200 [H8798] the landH776 of CanaanH3667, which I giveH5414 [H8802] unto the childrenH1121 of IsraelH3478 for a possession:H272]
Deu 32:50 And die in the mount whither thou goest up, and be gathered unto thy people; as Aaron thy brother died in mount Hor, and was gathered unto his people: [And die in the power of He who is of His Father. The law of the flesh is to die in the face of Him Who is of His Father, Jesus Christ. The flesh is an evil that we cannot understand carnally or even by using the law of the flesh. The law of the flesh cannot make me a child of God, it does, or at least should, do just the opposite, show me that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God. Because the flesh is of its father the devil, it takes what was meant to kill and attempt to give life. Whenever I hear the words “self control”, or Babylon declaring their obedience to God, I know that they are still being dragged to the truth kicking and screaming for their own piece of the pie. The flesh desires to get out from under the control of the man. “Unto the woman he said, I will greatly multiply thy sorrow and thy conception; in sorrow thou shalt bring forth children; and thy desire shall be to thy husband, and he shall rule over thee.” (Gen 3:16) She feigns obedience to keep his name, but in truth she hates him and wants to be free from him. She, as the feminist movement today, does not believe she needs a man, the Man Jesus Christ. She can create her own children in a lab and does not need the man to give her children. This outward example is not meant to judge those who are already judged, but to expose what is in me. “I am the man” who desires the outward obedience to the law of the flesh to consume it upon my own lusts. I am the man who refuses to see that the sins of the flesh are the fruits of the tree that I really am. I may adorn myself with holy decorations, shiny bulbs, glistening lights and a star on the top of my tree, but in reality I am an idol to my god Baal. All that I am I am sacrificing under a tree, of which tree I am. I leave presents to my god under my own tree, I give gifts to my man of sin, and sing holy songs that make him feel good. We may not hold the traditions of the outward Babylon, but if we are still desiring to have “self-right-ness” then we are no different. What the world is manifesting in the flesh is coming from what we see we are in the spirit. They, as sins of the flesh, are a mirror to what I see myself as in the spirit. The world is mine. They are our inheritance, they are our children, promised to us in the Seed. They are the mirror to what I am in the flesh. Fleshly children reflect their earthly parents, serpents mirror their earthly parents and so what we see out there is what is in our hearts, our children! “Therefore thou art inexcusable, O man, whosoever thou art that judgest: for wherein thou judgest another, thou condemnest thyself; for thou that judgest doest the same things. Behold, thou art called a Jew, and restest in the law, and makest thy boast of God, And knowest his will, and approvest the things that are more excellent, being instructed out of the law; And art confident that thou thyself art a guide of the blind, a light of them which are in darkness,An instructor of the foolish, a teacher of babes, which hast the form of knowledge and of the truth in the law. Thou therefore which teachest another, teachest thou not thyself? thou that preachest a man should not steal, dost thou steal? Thou that sayest a man should not commit adultery, dost thou commit adultery? thou that abhorrest idols, dost thou commit sacrilege? Thou that makest thy boast of the law, through breaking the law dishonourest thou God?” (Rom 2:1, 17-23) These verses are not speaking about literal Jews, but spiritual Jews, which we are. He is not judging literal Jews. We are being told that this is us inwardly. Speak of your power, what we ought to be doing, and you are exposed for being a child of darkness. The good fruits will grow on a good tree. Evil fruits will grow on an evil tree. As we are molded into the image of Christ, the good fruit will grow. But, attempt to speed the process up by “will worship”, and we show ourselves just how little we know. “Let no man beguile you of your reward in a voluntary humility and worshipping of angels (angels being yourself), intruding into those things which he hath not seen, vainly puffed up by his fleshly mind, And not holding the Head, from which all the body by joints and bands having nourishment ministered, and knit together, increaseth with the increase of God. Wherefore if ye be dead with Christ from the rudiments of the world, why, as though living in the world, are ye subject to ordinances,
(Touch not; taste not; handle not; Which all are to perish with the using;) after the commandments and doctrines of men? Which things have indeed a shew of wisdom in will worship, and humility, and neglecting of the body; not in any honour to the satisfying of the flesh” (Col 2:18-23). Why are we judged this way? Why is will worship condemned, when it is only trying to be a better person? Because trying to be a better person of your own freewill choices is the denial of Who God is and who I am. Look at the next few words in the next verse ]
Deu 32:51 Because ye trespassed against me among the children of Israel at the waters of Meribah-Kadesh, in the wilderness of Zin; because ye sanctified me not in the midst of the children of Israel. [“Because you trespassed against ME among the children of Israel, because you sanctified me not”. The increase into the image of Christ comes when God increases it – period. Self-willed worship presses the rocks by hitting them twice, making them twofold more a child of hell, not waiting on God, but striking the Rock as if to say, hurry up and give me a drink of my own waters. “Stolen waters are sweet, and bread eaten in secret is pleasant. But he knoweth not that the dead are there; and that her guests are in the depths of hell.“. The dead in spirit beat The Rock, screaming for the waters to quench my thirst. “Then did they spit in his face, and buffeted him; and others smote him with the palms of their hands, Saying, Prophesy unto us, thou Christ, Who is he that smote thee? “(Mat 26:67-68)]
Deu 32:52 Yet thou shalt see the land before thee; but thou shalt not go thither unto the land which I give the children of Israel. [The dead see the promised land but will not enter it. Their works, that they desire to expound upon according to their own lusts, exclude them from entering it. The truth forbids that a doctrine of liars and thieves enter it. “And in hell he lift up his eyes, being in torments, and seeth Abraham afar off, and Lazarus in his bosom. And he cried and said, Father Abraham, have mercy on me, and send Lazarus, that he may dip the tip of his finger in water, and cool my tongue; for I am tormented in this flame. But Abraham said, Son, remember that thou in thy lifetime receivedst thy good things, and likewise Lazarus evil things: but now he is comforted, and thou art tormented. And beside all this, between us and you there is a great gulf fixed: so that they which would pass from hence to you cannot; neither can they pass to us, that would come from thence.” (Luk 23-26). “But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.” (Rev 21:8)]
